NO.
Xiaflex (trade name for: collagenase clostridium histolyticum) is the newest drug, and the only FDA approved drug, for treating Peyronies Disease: A bent penis caused by internal scar/plaque tissue.
Is it going to cure your bent penis?
Well, according to the results from the studies: No.
Xiaflex has been shown that is can, in certain cases only, reduce the degree of bending up to about 30%.
However, a set of injections as reported by the New York Times will cost you about $30,000 . That’s not a typo. Yes, that says thirty thousand dollars.
Now, if that much money has no real meaning to you, and, you are satisfied with a 30% reduction in your bend, and, you are in the specific category of men who it may help, then, you may want to use this.
Xiaflex is injected directly into your penis, by a doctor. It is a prescription drug treatment.
What it is supposed to do is dissolve the collagen in the scar tissue that is causing your Peyronies bending.
The results say: "in certain cases" it gives some relief of the bend. Up to about 30%. But it does not seem to be effective enough for a complete (80-100%) straightening.
Only surgery and correct traction seem to be able to accomplish that.
This is the other bad news about using Xiaflex.
The serious possible side effects from using it.
To me the possible side effects are really scary.
First: You will find this on the fda.gov website. (You can click on that link to get all the details.)
“Xiaflex can cause serious side effects, including:
1: Penile fracture (corporal rupture) or other serious injury to the penis.....
Damage to your penis might
not get better after a corporal rupture....” ref: fda.gov
OK, that scares me. Maybe not you. But, it does scare me.
These possible side effects also include and are not limited to:

AND: With all of that, your Peyronies is only getting about 30% straighter with Xiaflex. If you are one of the lucky ones.
Does this sound like what you’ve been looking for?
Is that good enough for you?
Or, do you want much better results?
Well, what are the options? Does anything work better and not have all these possible side effects?
Yes!
There are only two methods of penis straightening for Peyronies that have actually been clinically proven effective: Surgery and Correct Penis Traction.
Penis surgery, however, comes with some pretty hideous possible side effects, including possible impotence. And, it will cost you about $12,000 - $20,000.
And, correct penis traction?
"Correct penis traction has been
clinically proven
Safest and Most Effective."
It will also cost you under $400. Yes, under four hundred dollars.
And: Correct penis traction is currently medically endorsed and recommended in 29 countries worldwide.
Including:
United States • United Kingdom • Japan • Germany • Switzerland • Belgium •Holland • Denmark • Brazil • Sweden
•Thailand • Taiwan • Uruguay • Portugal • Argentina • Canada • Philippines • France • Serbia •
Luxembourg • Venezuela • Italy • Australia • Andorra • Chile • Mexico •
Malaysia • Tunisia • Norway
Every other method out there else had proven only somewhat effective or not effective at all.
None of those other remaining methods have proven over about 30% effective in the studies.
You
will find most of these other methods and their results discussed in other articles that
you can find here in the Navigation Bar on the left side of this page.
And, there are even more that are just not even worth reading about.
This method is King!
Why?
Just three reasons.
First: It has proven to be safest when done correctly.
Second: It is one of the only two methods (a risky surgery is the other) that can actually straighten a penis effectively.
Third: It costs under $400 for one of the best devices in the world.
It is also, as you learned, medically endorsed and recommended.
Correct penis traction is so good at lengthening tissue that it can actually enlarge a penis measurably.
It is also the only method that can make a man’s penis considerably physically longer.
So, how many men, with perfectly straight cocks, do you think buy these devices?
Well, about 20 to 1 for enlargement vs straightening.
This is where the trouble begins.
There are a lot of marketers in the world who will take any kind of item and manufacture it cheaper than the real deal.
This holds true for penis traction devices.
At my last count there are 23 different units out there.
They are not all alike.
But, they all look pretty much alike.
So how do you know what to choose?
After researching all 23 units I found only two that meet all of my requirements for Safety and Effectiveness.
These are the Pro Extender devices and the Quick Extender Pro.
Why did I come to that conclusion?
It’s all about the quality of the construction and the materials used.
I have written other articles that go more in depth on this subject because, I want you to understand this topic thoroughly.
So as not to make this article too long, let me direct you to a very good one, that will give you the details you need, here: https://www.peyronies-disease-treatments.com/penis-traction-device.html
When choosing your unit, please don’t make the mistake of trying to save $100 on some cheaply made unit that looks like the good ones but could break on you and puncture your shaft.
Or, a cheaply made one that strangles the tip of your shaft with a cheap noose that causes your blood vessels to break and turns the tip of your cock permanently purple.
This can cause you even more and possible damage to your penis. Damage that may be permanent.
Get the best possible one you can. They are only about $400. You will never regret doing it properly.
If Xiaflex was all there was for straightening a bent penis, and you had $30,000 to spend on it, it might seem like a worthwhile risk.
But: When the clinically proven Safest and Most Effective method costs only $400, can give a real straightening, and is medically endorsed and recommended in 29 countries worldwide:
